  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and undamaged.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories, product manuals, and components.

3. Free Returns & Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping is 100% free of charge for all UK mainland orders. Upon approving your return request, we will issue you a prepaid Royal Mail return shipping label via email.

4. Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Email our support team at support@blueskyoutdoors.co.uk or call +44 (0) 118 975 4210 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Prepaid Label: Once approved, we will email you a prepaid Royal Mail return label along with a return authorisation form.
  3. Pack Your Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
  4. Hand Over Package: Drop off the parcel at any local Royal Mail Post Office or arrange a Royal Mail collection. Please retain your proof of postage receipt.
  5. Inspection & Refund: Once delivered to our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the return within 2 business days.

6. Refunds and Processing Timeframes

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed immediately. All refunds are issued directly back to your original payment method (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal).

  • Refund Window: Funds will reflect in your account within 5 business days of receipt and inspection at our warehouse.
  • Full Purchase Price: Your refund will include the full cost paid for the returned product(s).

7. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Goods

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at support@blueskyoutdoors.co.uk. Attach clear photographs of the damage or defect. We will immediately arrange a free replacement or issue a complete refund, including any urgent transit fees.
